I would like to thank everyone for their support over the years. It has truly been a wonderful experience performing as an ELVIS tribute artist for the past 26 years.

Time as a tribute artist has run into a snag. On april 8^th,2009 after careful evaluation and extensive tests were performed on me at the MEDICAL UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA. They have diagnosed me with BRONCHO ALVEOLAR CARCINOMA,(CANCER). Apparently, it is something that has been with me for quite awhile and unfortunately it was detected during it’s final stage (stage 4). I’ve been told there is no cure and that it’s not operable. It is terminal and no one knows exactly how long that means. It was found to be in both lungs, the glands, and a small segment in the left lobe of the brain. It was a rough day to say the least and as my wife, my mother and myself absorbed the news it only seemed to get worse until finally it hitt me, (ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE WITH GOD ). At that point I told my wife and mother to stop listening to the bombardment of bad news from the medical staff and remember nothing is greater than JESUS CHRIST our LORD and SAVIOR who bore stripes to heal us and shed his blood to wash away our sins. At that point I told the medical staff I would like any treatment they felt would be worth trying and that no matter what they did I would be healed through JESUS CHRIST my LORD and SAVIOR. I told them that when I was healed I would be glad to put the elvis suit on for their billboard and state that “you can beat because I did”. I maintain this attitude always as I know that I’m healed through JESUS CHRIST and now my body just needs to catch up with what my mind already knows. I am presently taking a new chemo-therapy after trying an oral experimental drug that didn’t do much for me. Of course I’m on several other medications, yet first and foremost leaving it in the hands of JESUS CHRIST. I am on oxygen and can no longer perform shows. As you may have guessed, I’m unable to work and my life consists of medications,treatments, and lots of healing prayers. Despite being told I would no longer be able to sing, I prayed about making a gospel cd to help me with my medical expenses,mortgage,etc. All prayers are answered if your faith is strong and mine is.

With my lord holding my hand, I recorded a gospel cd which I’m offering for a donation/love offering of $12.00 Please note that only money orders and cash will be accepted. I will continue to offer inspirational music throughout my healing process. Since the release of this cd in 6/09,

The response has been most positive and proves that it was truly blessed by the LORD !!

I want to thank everyone for their generosity, as sales have been good. I would like to also thank these same people for their moral support, as I have received some very touching letters. In addition to that let me also thank you for saving my home and lifting a large burden from me during this time. Please note that with the love of my LORD and SAVIOR I’m now working on a gospel/Christmas cd which will consist of some of the favorite Christmas songs and gospel songs that we all have made a part of our holidays over the years. The release date for it will be 11/09. I’m also going to release an audio version of a one hour concert performed at the Ladson Fairgrounds in South Carolina. The video for the same concert will be available as well. I anticipate re;easing it asap so please check back frequently if your interested in purchasing a copy.
